The property is located off Queens
Highway at Anchor Point in the District of East End,
which occupies and area in the Northeastern portion of
Grand Cayman Island. It is approximately 19 miles
Northeast of George Town, the capital of the Cayman
Islands, and 15 miles northeast of Owen Roberts
International Airport. |

The
site is located on 19.5 acres, along a beautiful white
sand beach in the Northeast portion of Grand Cayman,
featuring two natural protective reefs within 200 yards
of the shore. The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Grand Cayman
will be an intimate hideaway, with 114 lavish guest
rooms and suites that overlook the Caribbean Sea. |

The facilities in Phase I will spread among eleven buildings
lining the North-facing beach. The Western portion of the site
will be made up of a four-building cluster of two three-story
guestroom buildings surrounding a large, free-form pool and pool
grill. To the East of these buildings will be another
five-building cluster that forms a “U” and will serve as the
guest arrival area. These four buildings will contain the
majority of the hotel public spaces.
The remaining two buildings are located on the Eastern side of
the site. Both are three-story guestroom buildings; however, the
building closest to the Eastern property line of the resort will
house the three 3,000 square-foot Presidential Suites, which
promise to be the most exquisite on Grand Cayman.
